Dashboarding Reports

On some reports you may wish to include them on your System Dashboard (also referred to as Welcome screen). Naturally, not all reports are good candidate for connecting to your dashboard. It is recommended that only reports with small data sets and compact visual components be connected to your dashboard. This will minimize load times and make for a better presentation overall.

Attach an EPRO Analytics report to Dashboard

EPRO Analytics provides the ability to design custom reports, as well as attach those reports to user dashboards.

1. Click the EPRO Analytics button.

2. Select and run a report to be attached to the dashboard.

3. Select the speedometer icon on the EPRO Analytics toolbar.

4. Rename the report to something that will make sense to you using the Report Name field.

   • This name will only effect the way the report is displayed on the dashboard.

5. Use the Dashboard Sequence box to determine the order of reports on your dashboard.

6. Click OK.

7. To view the newly added report return to the procurement application then go to View > Dashboard.

8. Select the Dashboard tab (Messages is displayed by default).

View Custom Dashboard

After connecting your report to the dashboard, you can then view.

1. View > Dashboard.

2. Select the Dashboard tab at the top (By default the Messages is displayed).

3. Each dashboard has a separate tab. Click on each tab to view individual custom dashboards.

4. To refresh a dashboard click the refresh icon.

5. To remove a dashboard click the red X.

6. To add a new dashboard follow the "Attach to Dashboard" steps above.
