User Activity Summary Report

Purpose

The User Activity Summary Report provides corporate and region users an idea of the level of engagement their employees have with the EPRO system. This provides a ratio of Active to Inactive users on a month by month basis. If a user has logged in, placed an order, or received an invoice within 30 days of each month's end, they are considered active on this report.

Parameters

Parameters in bold are required.

• User Count - Total number of users with access to the EPRO system for a given organization.

• Active Users - A user who has logged in, submitted an order, or received an order within 30 days of each month's end.

• Inactive Users - A user who has not logged in within 30 days of each month's end.

• Active User Ratio - The number of Active Users divided by the total User Count.
